I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, if I’m the smartest guy in the room, I’m in the wrong room. I was 1000% in the RIGHT room earlier this week while being a part of the @reuters Customer Service & Experience event. It was an honor to share the stage with some highly impressive individuals. I left the event motivated and inspired. Thankful for the opportunity @reuters !

The frame is established — and now everything is working off of it.

Roof sections are being set tight across the span while steel continues to move at the leading edge. What’s already in place is being finished… while the next phase is already underway.

Inside the footprint, connections are being locked in, bracing is tightening, and each bay is becoming part of a fully integrated system. Outside, cranes are still active — setting, swinging, and feeding the sequence that keeps the build moving forward.

Multiple phases. Same pace.

This is where coordination takes over — steel, panels, and crews all moving as one.

No gaps. No slowdown.

Just progress stacking in every direction.

The building is no longer being finished — it’s being defined.

From the outside, everything is in place. Clean lines, full enclosure, and a structure that now reads exactly as intended across the entire footprint.

Inside, the focus has shifted.

Overhead systems are set and running with purpose. Interior spaces are framed, aligned, and starting to take on their final form. What was once wide-open volume is now becoming functional, usable space — section by section.

This is where everything tightens up.

Less about progress.
More about precision.

Every detail matters now — because this is what people will interact with every day.

Dialed in.
Built to perform.

The frame is up — and the system is taking over.

Primary steel is set, bays are defined, and now the roof structure is stretching across the building. Purlins are running clean line to line, tying each frame together and beginning to unify the footprint as a complete structure.

What started as isolated columns is now reading as one continuous build.

Crews are moving across elevations, lifts are active throughout, and the sequence is stacking exactly as planned — each pass adding strength, stability, and momentum.

This is where the structure starts to feel real.

From skeleton… to system.

A new week, back to building.

The structure is stretching across the site — and the system behind it is becoming clear.

Steel is no longer just rising — it’s connecting.
Bays are being completed, lines are running clean, and the full footprint is starting to read as one unified build.

From column lines to roof framing, each section ties into the next. What once moved in phases is now advancing as a coordinated whole — crews working multiple fronts, lifts staying active, and sequences overlapping with precision.

You can see it in the alignment.
You can feel it in the pace.

This is where a job transitions from progress… to presence.

Every span matters. Every connection counts.

The structure is up. Now the building is coming together overhead and around it.

Roof systems are advancing across the span as panels are set and secured beam to beam. Along the perimeter, wall panels are following close behind — closing in each elevation and tightening the envelope one section at a time.

Crews are working at multiple levels — from steel above to lifts below — keeping sequencing tight and movement constant. Every panel placed, every connection locked in, brings the structure closer to full enclosure.

What started as steel in the air is now becoming a defined, functional space.

The pace isn’t slowing — it’s stacking.

This one isn’t approaching completion — it’s stepping into operation.

The exterior is buttoned up, openings are defined, and the building is now fully enclosed and standing on its own. What was once sequencing and structure has transitioned into function.

Inside, the work is more focused than ever. Crews are framing out interiors, tightening overhead systems, and dialing in the final layouts that will define how this space is used every day.

Out front, the site is taking shape to match — pavement down, access established, and the building now reads exactly as it was designed.

At this stage, it’s no longer about getting it built.

It’s about getting it right.

Final details. Clean execution. Ready for what’s next.

The structure is no longer just framing — it’s becoming a building.

Wall panels are climbing, roof sections are filling in, and the envelope is starting to take control of the space. What was exposed steel is now tightening up — bay by bay, line by line.

Crews are pushing through every condition — snow on the ground, steel in the air, and no slowdown in the sequence. Panels are being set, aligned, and locked in as the building begins to close in around itself.

Inside, the space is already defined. Outside, the form is now undeniable.

This is the shift — from open frame to enclosed structure.

And once it starts closing in… it moves fast.
