POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

There’s something about a quiet morning in the mountains of Middle Tennessee that puts everything back into perspective.

Coffee. Fresh mountain air. A little time to think… and a cigar that deserves to be enjoyed slowly.

This morning’s choice is Rare Finds 1974 — a one-of-a-kind creation from @tobacconistofgreenwich, produced by the legendary Henke and Klaas Kelner.

For me, collecting cigars has never just been about filling humidors. It’s about the stories, the craftsmanship, the people behind them, and the moments you choose to enjoy them.

Success is a mindset. It’s built long before anyone sees the results — in the early mornings, the long days, the calculated risks, the setbacks, the wins, and the discipline to keep moving forward.

And every once in a while, you have to slow down long enough to appreciate how far you’ve come.

Mountains. Coffee. Rare tobacco.

And a little RMG in the background… still making the world erect. 😎

Thank you @tobacconistofgreenwich, Henke Kelner and @klaaskelner for creating something truly special and worthy of a serious collection.

The collection continues.

Honored to spend time yesterday at Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence as part of the annual Titan 100 Community Day of Service.

The space was transformed into a real-life Game of Life, creating opportunities to connect, mentor, and have honest conversations with “Littles” and their “Bigs” about school, careers, and the real decisions that will shape their future.

Days like this are a powerful reminder that leadership isn’t just about building businesses — it’s about showing up, sharing perspective, and helping the next generation see what’s possible.

Grateful to be surrounded by people who believe in giving back and committed to supporting the work that moves communities forward.

Thank you @the.titan100 and @independencebigs for the opportunity and for all that you do!!

One of our favorite traditions at @rmgerectorsconstructors , bringing the crew in off the road for a little downtime, some good food, and a fresh turkey to go before the extended Thanksgiving weekend.

Grateful for our team and everything they pour into the work all year long.

s/o to @juliosonmain for the incredible lunch and Joes Butcher Shop in Vineland NJ for always providing the best fresh turkeys.

Hope you all had a relaxing Thanksgiving weekend and thanks to everyone who sent Happy Birthday messages, truly appreciate it!
