The job and tour that I didn’t know I needed. What incredible experiences I’ve had and incredible places I’ve been. Totally unforgettable, just like the friends I’ve made. Lifers. It’s time to get the boat off of the island as much as I tried to persuade them I should stay around……64 weeks, doesn’t it go by in a flash?…… by @bobharms

Here’s a thing, I always thought he’d live forever. At the start of my career he was such a great friend, looked out for me and taught me a lot about life, mainly how to enjoy it. Diamond by name, diamond by nature. Sleep well Steve, I’m sure there’s a white wine spritzer in a tankard waiting for you up there. #ohwow by @bobharms

If any reading were lucky enough to know or/and work with Chet Walker then I share your sadness at his passing.

When I left school at 18 I started taking class at all the usual spots in town, I remember seeing "Masterclass with Chet" on the notice board at Pineapple. It listed that Chet had worked closely with Bob Fosse on many projects including Pippin, Dancin' and Sweet Charity amongst others. (Sweet Charity has always been my no1) So I asked Mom for the money needed to sign up!

He was inspirational, completely turned my head to style over substance, I was hooked.

11 years later, I couldn't believe I had the chance to work with Chet on Pippin, using the original Choreography, he was only with us for a week but we all knew how lucky we were for the opportunity.

To this day, his influence has a part in shaping how I dance. For that I will always be grateful.
Rest well Chet and thank you. by @bobharms
