Coming back to Prague, to @leapacrobatics , reconnecting with the czech community — and especially training with @bobina_acro — fills my heart every time.

This move has been one of my favorite challenges ever since @invertedlifesf first introduced it to me years ago @pitchcatchcircus.

And honestly…
there’s something incredibly magical about being held safely by another powerful woman while rising higher together.

Thank you Prague.

MEET THE TEACHERS: ❤️‍🔥 Bára & Terez
@bobina_acro & @benesova_terez

🇨🇿 Sousedky z pražského sídliště, které spojuje nejen láska k acru, ale i hudbě.
Bára, nejlepší lady base – minimálně ve střední a východní Evropě. Její síla vás posadí na zadek, její technika byla vybroušena během x hodin na zahraničních acro akcích a při učitelském výcviku ve Španělsku. Její oblíbený nápoj je pivo.
Je zábavná od soumraku do úsvitu, ať už v acro, nebo jen při hraní na kytaru.
Terez je zpěvačka a učitelka hudby a od dětství miluje pohyb. Je certifikovaná lektorka jógy a akrojóze se aktivně věnuje už několik let, navštěvuje různé festivaly a WS.
Na acru jí baví nebýt nohama na zemi i to, že člověk musí být opravdu vědomý a přítomný, aby spolu mohla dvě těla komunikovat i jinak než slovy.

Terez is a singer and music teacher, and she has loved movement since childhood. She is a certified yoga instructor and has been actively practicing acroyoga for several years, attending various festivals and workshops.
What she enjoys about acro is being off the ground, as well as the fact that one truly has to be mindful and present so that two bodies can communicate in ways other than words.

Crazy Acro Adventure..☀️🇮🇹🤸🏻‍♂️🌿🧘🏻‍♂️🇦🇹✨
Všechno to začalo na cestě po Indonésii..🫶🏼
Tato cesta byla pro mě neuvěřitelná lekce, která mě inspirovala a ve spoustě věcí mi otevřela oči..🙌
Během svých cest, ale celkově i v životě jsem měl to štěstí a příležitost potkat spoustu krásných a zajímavých lidí..🫶🏼
Stejně tak tomu bylo i letos v Indonésii, čehož si strašně moc vážím!✨🥹

Poznal jsem tam i část z této Acro party se kterou mě prostě baví svět!!✨🤸🏻‍♂️🌿🧘🏻‍♂️🌏

Lucka, our gymnastic “hummingbird”, with her gymnastic foundation, has great handstands and super orientation in the air and space. Even after the twins, her acro strength and courage did not decrease, hats off. 😎💪 With Bára, besides acro, she can rap the Slovak acro cult song “Delam stojky” for you.
