Determined to do my first full set of pull-ups before the year is over. 💪🏽

Today, I’m practicing scapular pulls to strengthen my lats, improve shoulder stability, and develop the proper form needed for full pull-ups.

I almost didn’t go to graduation.

I felt like I hadn’t done “enough” with my business this year to celebrate.

But, growth doesn’t always look like rapid scaling. Sometimes it’s clarity, community, education, relationships, resources and simply refusing to give up on the vision.

I’m SO glad I went. 🥹🎓

After 12 months, I officially graduated from the Intuit IDEAS 3.0 Atlanta Cohort we learn to Invest, Develop, Empower, Accelerate & Scale.

This program gave me business education, Intuit tools, coaching, resources and, most importantly, community.

I came in wanting to grow @blackfitnessexcellence . I’m leaving a stronger entrepreneur with a clearer vision for what I’m building next.

And after sharing the opportunity on TikTok and seeing thousands of people engage and hearing from entrepreneurs who applied. I can’t wait to see who comes back and tells me they got in.

I’m proud that I finished what I started.

I’ve had to embrace some pivots along the way, and it’s been a slow build but I’m learning that the vision doesn’t have to be rushed. What’s coming will be worth the wait.
