Waiting on the Lord?

1. Shift your prayers to ask God, what is he working in, through and out of you in this season?
2. Shift your perspective to know that he that began a good thing in you will carry it out to completion Philippians 1:6

Samuel 16:12 says that God anointed David to be king but the following verses shows us that David went back to tend to the sheep. He didn’t automatically become king God had to build his character, faith, endurance and strength. May this encourage you that God is working on your behalf, don’t throw in the towel, shift your perspective and grow through the journey. #faith #God #christianwomen #prayer #prayerworks #faithful #promises #endurance #transition #godsplan #trusttheprocess #encouragement #transformation by @bodiedthroughbeauty

If you’ve even followed Joseph’s story! You know that he was sold into slavery by his brother’s because they were jealous of him! Genesis 39 tells us that even in slavery God was with Joseph therefore he succceeded! Brittany from @savedinthecity taught on this last week and it blessed me!

So I went home and dug into my Bible and In fact Joesph’s mother Rachel was barren for years and God heard her cry’s and favored her. This really blessed me because it let me know that even before Joseph was formed in his mother’s womb the enemy wanted to stop him from prospering! But God!!!!!!

So I’ll remind you to stop getting caught up in the process and keep your eyes on the promise keeper! #goddaughter #godspromises #godsplan #pray #waiting #faith #believe #waitingseason by @bodiedthroughbeauty

The enemy gets the victory when we stay where he found us! It’s time to move, here’s how to get started:
1. Declare and decree the word of the lord over your life
2. Physically move your body!
3. Get into community! The enemy thrives when you are isolated. Get around likeminded people that can pray for you
4. Change your language and replace fear based discussions with FAITH TALK

It’s no way that I was born to settle in any realm of my life. I will wait on the Lord, I pray you do the same. God wants to bless you with the best will you commit to staying the course?

Isaiah 40:31 here’s some Bible to refer to!

Hebrews 11:23 shows us how Moses was under attack even as a newborn. The enemy saw the greatness that he possessed.

The enemy has come to kill, steal and destroy. Ask God for discernment, wisdom and protection to fulfill everything that he has put in you. #faith #God #christianwomen #prayer #prayerworks #faithful #promises #endurance #transition #godsplan #trusttheprocess #encouragement #transformation by @bodiedthroughbeauty

When we work muscles that haven’t been worked before the pain can cause us to stop but may I encourage you that the pain is building endurance, faith and character. Stay the course because God is with you even when it doesn’t feel like it. #faith #God #christianwomen #prayer #prayerworks #faithful #promises #endurance #transition by @bodiedthroughbeauty

This is for the person who hasn’t been themselves in so long that the new version of you is now taken residence.

This is for the person that has residue of their past creeping in, leaving you feeling like you’ll never overcome

This is for the person that feels like that can’t catch a break

This is for the person that feels complacent even though you’ve been working!

This message is a reminder of what God is doing on your behalf, just because it doesn’t seem like he’s working; you gotta believe by faith that he’s about to birth something in you. So you have to stay the course, you have to keep believing and as my pastor said yesterday you have to shift your posture and get back to dialogue with God. Prayer indeed works and I’m believing that for you and I that eyes haven’t seen nor have ears heard the kinda blessing that’s about to fall on us! #prayerworks #pray #fast #believe #godisgood #womenwhopray #hope #promise #christian #faith by @bodiedthroughbeauty
