This last six months has been an absolute rollercoaster. I went through moving all over the country (three times), leaving a super toxic relationship that was going nowhere, re-entering college, changing career paths, dealing with a serious injury, closing down a business and starting another, and staying consistent in my approach to life, my goals, my physique and overall health.
