This high-protein chia yoghurt has been on repeat in my house! 😍

It’s one of the easiest ways to add a little extra goodness to your everyday yoghurt.

I simply mix chia seeds into my yoghurt, leave it ready in the fridge and when it’s time to serve, add my favourite toppings.

🍓 Raspberries
🫐 Blueberries
🍯 A drizzle of honey

You can add whatever fruit or toppings you fancy!

A simple, nutritious and delicious way to boost your protein and fibre intake.

Have you tried adding chia seeds to your yoghurt yet?

Please don’t think for a second that your doctor will always chase you or check up on you.

Sometimes you have to be your own advocate. Chase appointments, make calls and keep asking questions. You might get a prescription, and then you’re left to figure out the rest.

I honestly can’t believe how long I’ve lived with adenomyosis without fully understanding its impact on my body.

Low iron isn’t just feeling tired. It can mean:

* Extreme exhaustion.
* Breathlessness and dizziness.
* Brain fog and poor concentration.
* Hair shedding and weakness.

And most importantly, untreated iron-deficiency anaemia can put extra strain on your heart.

As a nutritionist, I know nutrition matters, but sometimes food and supplements aren’t enough. Medical treatment is needed.

If you’re on the NHS, don’t be afraid to chase your results and ask questions. If you can afford private care, that’s another option.

Women should not have to normalise feeling this unwell.

I’m putting together a new iron-support and hair nutrition routine. More on that soon! ❤️

Ladies, how many of you are also fighting this battle?

WHAT DOES A GIRL HAVE TO DO TO GET HER IRON LEVELS UP… UNTIL IT STARTS AFFECTING HER HEART? 💔

Living with low iron has become my normal. I wake up, get through the day and keep going, even when I’m exhausted.

But lately, the heart palpitations have been frightening. My haemoglobin is 90 ☹️ I’m tired. Tired of feeling tired, tired of waiting for nhs and tired of feeling like my body is running on empty.

As a nutritionist, I know how important food is, but sometimes eating the right things just isn’t enough.

Low iron is no joke. It can affect your energy, breathing, heart and even your hair.

I’m sharing this because so many women silently struggle and carry on as if everything is fine.

Sometimes, the strongest thing you can do is admit that you’re not okay. 🤎

Ladies, if you’re struggling with low iron too, you’re not alone.

As a nutritionist, I’ve put together a list of iron-rich foods to help support your diet.

Remember, people will leave you behind when you’re too busy holding yourself back. 🏃🏽‍♀️💨

Sometimes you have to pick up the pace, back yourself and believe you can go faster.

If you keep playing it safe, you might miss out — even on the relay! 😂

I’ve been running for just over a year, and now I’m focusing on building my strength, increasing my speed and pushing myself to become better.

My message to you: just START. ❤️
Start where you are, believe in yourself and keep going. You never know where that first step might take you. 🏃🏽‍♀️🔥

FIRST SHOWDOWN — PRESENTING 🎥 @islamchannel

I’ve just completed my first-ever Today Show, I genuinely gave it my best shot!

With no rehearsal, multitasking, listening through my earpiece, following the autocue, switching between cameras and trying to remember everything at once… there was A LOT going on! 😂🎥

Was I perfect? Absolutely not! 😂 I definitely had a few little moments including accidentally calling @rukshana911_ Talbina 🤦🏽‍♀️😂. But that’s all part of learning, growing and getting more comfortable in front of the camera.

A massive shout-out and thank you to all of my wonderful guests who came along and shared their knowledge, experiences and energy.

🥊 Thank you @aneekacoaching for leading a fantastic live fitness workout. We’ll be bringing you more easy and accessible workouts very soon as part of a short fitness series.

🍲 Thank you @rukshana911_ for joining me and showing us how to make Talbina, while sharing the connection between nutrition, faith and wellbeing. More short cooking demonstrations are coming!

🧠 Thank you @the.mindrecode for showing us how mindfulness works, sharing a little about hypnosis and giving us some simple tips to support our emotional wellbeing.

This is just the beginning! 🌱

I’m excited to keep learning, improving and bringing you conversations around women’s wellbeing, nutrition, faith, mindset and fitness.

Thank you to everyone who supported me, watched, joined us and encouraged me.

More to come! 🎥✨
