🥊 IT’S NEVER TOO LATE TO START!

As a young girl, I always loved the idea of kickboxing, Muay Thai and martial arts. Now, as an adult, I’m finally taking that first step! 👊🏽

I’m excited to announce that BodyPrism CIC will be introducing women to boxing! 🖤💪🏽

Our aim is to help women build confidence, get active and try something new in a supportive environment. And we’ve got Rox ready to get us started! 🔥

Ladies, comment BOXING if you’d like to get involved! 🥊❤️

WHERE AM I FROM? 📍

Welcome to my page! 🤎

I’m Shanaz, South London born and raised, and proud of my South Asian heritage.

I wear MANY hats — and honestly, there isn’t much I don’t do! 😂

I’m a Nutritionist & Personal Trainer, NLP Practitioner, online coach, newbie in presenting, sports enthusiast, cricket coach and mum to three boys. I also work in education as a trauma specialist.

I’m passionate about women’s health, nutrition, fitness and wellbeing, and I love encouraging more women to get involved in sport, try new things and step outside their comfort zone.

I’m also a CIC director, working on exciting community projects and developing a mobile wellbeing service to support women who may struggle to leave the house, have become isolated or lost their confidence.

I’m heavily invested in myself, my learning and my personal development, because I truly believe we should never stop growing.

There’s lots more exciting things coming up, so stick around…

Thank you for following me and being part of my journey! 🫶🏽

But be honest… what’s the reason you follow me? 👀👇🏽🤎

Today was a special day because I met my very first JIBON client. 🥹

JIBON is a bespoke mobile health and wellbeing service designed to support women who may feel isolated, lack confidence, have reduced mobility, or simply need someone alongside them to take those first steps towards a more active and connected life.

We bring the support to you meeting you where you are and working at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

✨ A buddy to talk to
✨ A buddy to move with
✨ Gentle, accessible exercise
✨ Support to build confidence and independence
✨ Encouragement to get out, explore and reconnect
✨ Help to discover an interest, goal or ambition

Every person is different, so JIBON is tailored around you, your needs and your goals.

With my experience in nutrition, fitness, wellbeing and community work, alongside my team, we want to help women take those small but meaningful steps towards feeling more confident, active and connected.

Because sometimes, you don’t need someone to do it for you.

You just need someone to take that first step with you.

Arghhh, I’m so excited to announce that this Friday I’ll be presenting The Today Show on @islamchannel 🥹

My segment, From Isolation to Connection, is all about keeping you entertained and engaged, while also giving you something valuable to take away.

We’re bringing you a little bit of everything:

🏋🏽‍♀️ Live workouts — getting you moving
🍲 Healthy cooking — nourishing your body
🧠 Mindset & wellbeing — looking after your mental health
🥗 Nutrition tips — simple things you can put into practice
🕌 Sunnah & faith — connecting wellbeing with our faith
💬 Real conversations — stories, connection and community

Yes, we can sit and scroll for hours… but what if the time we spend on a screen could actually add value to our lives?

From Isolation to Connection is about putting the phone down, getting moving, reconnecting with yourself, reconnecting with others and taking those small steps towards a healthier, more connected life. 🤍

And I’ll be honest… I’m a little nervous! 😅
Making reels is one thing, but stepping into LIVE TV is a whole different ball game! 🎥📺

But I’m ready to take the leap, learn, grow and enjoy the journey.

Wish me luck, guys! 🥹❤️
