I don't think I've really stopped to appreciate how far I've actually come.

When I started this journey in January, I knew I wanted to change, but I don't think I fully understood what it was going to take to get here.

The early mornings. Getting up when I was tired. Front-loading my steps before work. Training when I couldn't really be bothered. Sticking to my meal plan. Making the better choice when it would've been so much easier not to. Not drinking every weekend. And accepting that sometimes I was going to be tired and have less energy because my priorities had changed.

And honestly, there have been plenty of moments where I've questioned it.

Is all of this actually worth it?

Because when you're living it day after day, it's easy to forget that all those small decisions are adding up.

But then I look at these pictures.

11kg later, and I can actually see what all those little choices have done.

I couldn't walk up a flight of stairs without being completely out of breath. I didn't have the strength or fitness I have now. And I certainly didn't have the confidence in myself that I have today.

I'm not finished. There is still a long way I want to go, and plenty more I want to achieve.

But I am incredibly proud of the girl who started in January, and even more proud that she kept going when it wasn't easy.

Sometimes progress isn't about one huge moment.

Those boring little choices really do change you.

11kg down. And suddenly, it all feels very, very worth it. 🥹🤍

Thank you to @bodyprojectx for keeping me accountable and helping me get here, and @gainzstneots being my second home throughout this journey. 🫶🏻
