Mluvit při tom budeme o věcech, na které v běžném provozu není vždycky prostor: o procesu pražení, dopravě kávy, jejím původu a kvalitě.

It's my 12 years working in @alfabetprague and it's also 4 years since our unbelievable trip to Costa Rica, where we visited many farms and incredible places but ultimately our beloved @altoelvapor ♥️ I never posted anything from it since at the same time Putler invaded Ukraine as I found it inappropriate that time... and it still kind of is... #costarica #origintrip by @boh.dan

Čím čerstvější tím lepší? 🤔☕️

The fresher, the better? 🤔☕️

Our Honza already has some roasting experience. Coffee is his daily bread. Roasting with the new Loring S15 Falcon roaster brings a lot of new sensory experiences for our barista palates and cleaner flavor profiles for our customers.✨

Working with coffee itself, no matter how you prepare it, comes with one clear rule. Let the coffee rest after roasting! 🫂❤️‍🩹

Today, Honza is participating in the Czech Coffee Roasting Championship as part of this year’s @gastro_sweet_fest, so we’re keeping our fingers crossed for him while sipping great coffee at EMA.

Today is the last day with our absolutely wonderful @diedrichroasters IR12. 7,5ish years of roasting at Palmovka, 7500 batches of roasted coffee, that's more or less 60000 kg of green aka 53000 kg of roasted coffee 🔥🔥🔥 new chapter for @alfabetprague roastery begins next Monday in Holešovice 🙂 see you there 🖤 #palmbeach #palmovka #alfabetcoffee taken in Alf & Bet by @boh.dan

Čachochbili, Děčín, Biograffs. People I haven't seen in years, energy I haven't felt for a while. It truly was the "Back to the future" party 😃 police was called for being too loud, some idiot with maga hat was kicked out... perfect night 😃 #punkisnotdead taken in Biograffs club ...tady je underground doma... by @boh.dan

Thanks for everything 🖤 @nofx are probably my gateway band to "real" music 🙌🏼 I was probably 13 when my friend brought burnt copies of Punk in drublic and War on errorism to school and from the first listen I was hooked 🖤 they were also one of if not the most fun band to see live 🤘🏼 Their legacy is bullet proof. They are one of the best, and most prolific punk bands of all time, they are unquestionably on the Mt. Rushmore of punk rock 🖤 #whendidpunkrockbecomesosafe #nofx #punkrock by @boh.dan
