A few of you have been asking so here’s a little update!

Honestly, this is your sign to learn more about your body! You only get one and it’s never too late to start!

And holy shit, I couldn’t recommend Zarnia at @the_hormone_lab enough — 10/10!! It’s actually more affordable than a DEXA scan, and everything is explained to you right there. So bloody worth it!!

**This was so kindly gifted, but you can book in for just $50! ❤️ taken in Mackay, Queensland by @bonniemcgregor21

Took some of the team down for a little sneak peek at our new shop coming soon in Mount Pleasant 🥹

The last 12 months have been hectic to say the least — a lot of learning, a lot of change and plenty of “what have we gotten ourselves into” moments 😂

But standing in this space today, it finally feels like home. 🖤

So bloody excited for what’s coming next for Mass Nutrition Mackay. We’re only just getting started! taken in Mass Nutrition Mackay by @bonniemcgregor21

Come train with me 🤪

I really need to stop posting videos where Lois is always beating me… I’m making her look almost as good as she actually is 😂

Anyway, who the goddamn am I training on a public holiday?! 😂 taken in Mackay, Queensland by @bonniemcgregor21

Little catch up 🤝 DEXA scans, getting out and training at other local gyms, supporting local & trialling a challenge ourselves before we launch our first one. All about learning & testing 😌 taken in Mackay, Queensland by @bonniemcgregor21

The post-comp comedown is hitting me HARD tonight… more than it ever has. ❤️

This was the biggest comp we’ve ever put on, and honestly, the amount of time and effort Jacko and I poured into it was crazy. The late nights, lack of sleep, parent guilt 😂 and HOURS spent making sure every little detail was just right.

The overthinking of every single thing — details you probably wouldn’t even notice, but that matter so much to me 😂 — making sure everything was exactly how it should be.

From making sure our volunteers were happy to ensuring every bloody sign was laminated perfectly 😂 there’s so much that happens behind the scenes that nobody sees.

And honestly, I don’t think the event could have gone any better. I’m so bloody proud and grateful.

They say it takes a village, and I genuinely couldn’t do it without mine. Sally, Chloe, Brice, Lois, Matso, our parents, our families and everyone who helped behind the scenes — thank you. ❤️

I’m clearly deep in the comedown 😂 so be nice to me. I’m super emotional, incredibly grateful and completely overwhelmed by all the beautiful messages and love.

What a life we get to live. ❤️ by @bonniemcgregor21

Our sweet, sassy, crazy Havi girl is SIX 🥹🤍

How does time go this fast? I swear you were my tiny baby just yesterday. You light up our lives with that big personality of yours and I wouldn’t change a thing.

Happy 6th birthday my sweet girl. 🤍 taken in Mackay, Queensland by @bonniemcgregor21
