HAPPY PUBLISH DAY to @aaronkyte and his gem of a book!

Synopsis:
After losing his job and getting dumped, former book editor Adam Wheatley returns to his Maine hometown to save his aunt’s failing inn with a Christmas Eve grand reopening. But renovations prove harder than expected, especially with the help of Graham, a ridiculously charming contractor who threatens Adam’s vow to stay single. As Christmas approaches and sparks begin to fly, Adam must decide whether the future he planned is really the one he wants.

My review:
This was basically a queer Hallmark Christmas movie in book form and I loved every second of it.
Adam was so painfully relatable. Losing his job and getting dumped on the same day? My poor man could NOT catch a break. I really loved watching him slowly rebuild his confidence and figure out what he actually wanted.
And Graham??? What a sweetheart. Patient, kind, ridiculously competent, and exactly the kind of love interest Adam needed. Their relationship was so cute, and I loved that Graham didn’t magically fix all of Adam’s problems. Adam had to figure himself out too.
The inn, the small-town setting, the Christmas vibes, the humor... all of it was just so cozy.

SHELFIE SUNDAY ❤️

still feeling a little under the weather after a week or so… so no weekly wrap up but enjoy the kitty and the shelf.

did y’all know i named my cat after elio perlman?

the night i got him back in may 2024, i was rewatching CMBYN, and when the “elio, elio, elio” scene came on, my cat meowed. and yeppppp, that’s pretty much how he got his name.

the universe said call him elio and who was i to argue? 😭🍑

🏒🐺 Fated mates, hockey, forbidden-ish feelings, and a stalker? Say less.

Dylan knows Miles is his fated mate the second they meet. The problem? Miles doesn’t feel the same pull.

But fate might not matter when Miles keeps choosing Dylan anyway… especially as the stalker Miles ran from starts watching Dylan too.

✨ MM hockey romance
✨ Shifters
✨ Found family
✨ Fated mates?

This one sounds like the perfect mix of romance, danger, and supernatural chaos.

Thank you for sending me this ARC, @maxwalkerwrites

OUT NOW!!! MAKE SURE TO CHECK IT OUT ❤️

Taking a break from books to talk about something that matters beyond the page.

The Latine community is facing increasing immigration enforcement, family separation, uncertainty, economic hardship, and fear.

It’s great to take recommendations on books to read, shows/movies to watch, artists to listen to… but please, don’t forget what is currently happening.
