BOOK:- SUPER VIN
AUTHOR:-.MAHESH IYER

Super Vin by Mahesh Iyer is an adventurous fantasy novel aimed primarily at young readers. It introduces us to a fictional world filled with majestic mountains, rivers, and deserts, inhabited by different clans and mythical creatures, including dratgons🐲, serpents🐍, and wizards🦎. At its heart, the story explores courage, selfdiscovery, and the strength that lies within us. It also highlights how fear and selfdoubt are natural parts of the journey towards becoming stronger.
The story follows Vin, an ordinary boy living in the high altitude village of Mist. When dark forces threaten his homeland, he must find the courage to rise above his ordinary life and become the hero his people desperately need.⛰️🌓
One of the most enjoyable aspects of the book is its illustrations, which make the reading experience more engaging and entertaining, especially for younger readers. However, despite its imaginative setting and adventurous storyline, I felt the narrative lacked depth in certain areas. The story introduces the familiar “chosen one” concept quite early on, and the conflict between humans and supernatural creatures, sometimes makes the plot feel predictable and deliberate.
I would have loved to explore the characters in greater detail, as their personal journeys could have added more emotional depth to the story.

Overall, Super Vin is an entertaining fantasy adventure with an imaginative world and appealing illustrations. it can be an enjoyable read for young readers who love magical worlds, heroic quests, super power and stories about discovering their inner strength.🦸‍♂️👑

I have read DR. JEKYLL AND MR. HYDE very long time ago..but not posted about it enough.
A doctor turned into a monster by poisoning himself.
A must read if you are into dark academic vibes. It's classic mysticall horror.. with a blend of psychological turmoil, alter ego, power , dominion etc.

Rainy days ..with ruskin bond.

I always love to read slow down romantic novel..those who like to read ruskin bond know his writing style. That is something different, what one can't express but bond can..a different type of feeling, which is real ,intense, purely untouched but utterly vehement.
This is the collection of short stories. Every stories speaks for differnet feelings.. love being fierce somedays. A destroyeras well as only companion you can have.
The senic beauty of mussouri, that wooden coffeshop , that pine tree, gloomy roads..unspoken feelings..every thing feels so real and fresh.

Some books break your heart , some leave you angry and some will devastate you by leaving in silence long after you’ve turned the last page. The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas is one of those books.

Story unveils with an innocent young German boy living during the Holocaust. Being utterly lonely. oneday he finds Shmuel, a Jewish boy living on the other side of a barbed-wire fence as a prisoner. Bruno doesn’t fully understand the world around him or why Shmuel is trapped there and that innocence makes the story even more devastating. The Book will make sure that we must feel the pain , barbaric torture, surveillance , brutal gas chember death and many more.. inch to inch.

The contrast between childhood innocence and the horrifying reality of war. Bruno sees a friend; the adults see status, difference,, power, ideology and prejudice. The simplicity of their friendship quietly exposes just how absurd and destructive those divisions are.

Happyness is a kind of thing that should not depend on others..some days you must treat yourself better. Have fun ,eat your fav dish from a pretty corner of that cafe..be a little less worry about others. Go to the nearby bookstore, gift book to yourself as a praise. One thing I have learnt that if you don't value yourself others will not either !
