Night Road by Kristin Hannah was a huge hit with our book club, with every member who read it giving it 5 out of 5 stars!

It’s a beautifully written and emotional story that explores love, loss, family, friendship, and the choices that can change our lives forever. The characters are incredibly well developed, and we really enjoyed watching them grow and change throughout the story.
There were plenty of emotional moments, and the story gave us lots to discuss as a group. Members particularly enjoyed the depth of the characters and the way Kristin Hannah brings their experiences and emotions to life.

Overall, everyone who read Night Road thoroughly enjoyed it, and it has definitely inspired many of our members to pick up more of Kristin Hannah’s books. A definite ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ read and a great choice for a book club! by @booksbrunchbubble

The Last One at the Wedding by Jason Rekulak was a real hit with our book club. Ratings varied, with some members awarding it 3/5, others 4/5, and a few giving it a solid 5/5, giving us an overall average rating of 4/5 stars.

One of the things we particularly enjoyed was that the story was told from the father’s perspective. It was refreshing to read a thriller from a male point of view, and it added a different emotional depth to the story.

The plot had plenty of gripping moments that kept us guessing, with several twists that made it difficult to predict what would happen next. Jason Rekulak’s writing was clever and engaging, making it an enjoyable read from start to finish.
Not every character won us over, though. The aunt and the foster daughter were, at times, slightly irritating, but they certainly added to the tension and dynamics of the story.

One scene that everyone agreed on was the daddy long legs moment…it had members physically squirming and left our skin crawling!

Overall, we found The Last One at the Wedding to be a cleverly written, suspenseful novel that sparked plenty of discussion. A thoroughly enjoyable choice for book clubs.

Anyone else go through phases of just wanting toast for breakfast, lunch & dinner?!

I drive past this place every single week & have never paid much attention. My partner suggested going for a coffee after going to Canterbury this morning. Then he suggested here & I’m so pleased he did.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The coffee was Devine & they had decaffeinated coffee beans for us sensitive girlies (& boys) !

The whole place was such a vibe. Industrial but chic. The staff were incredible. Just the two girls in the kitchen one making coffees and serving & one making the breakfasts. They were working so hard & literally deserve a medal!

The food was fresh and delicious. The coffee was out of this world. Milk alternatives available which was great as I am an oat milk girl!

Giving Garage Coffee Roasters a solid five stars 🌟 by @booksbrunchbubble

Being a seaside book club is just dreamy 🥰

Many of our members are beach babes so when we get a spare hour there’s no where better to take your kindle or book & have some time alone. Waves crashing in the background 🌊
