PRIMA, a Miami-based startup building infrastructure for the recommendation economy, raised more than $5 million in Seed funding to accelerate its global expansion after launching in Miami. Founded by CEO Alex Zhardanovsky, the company connects hotels, residences, concierges, advisors, and creators with restaurants, bars, clubs, and experiences, enabling trusted, performance-based recommendations while helping hospitality businesses measure and monetize word-of-mouth referrals. Zhardanovsky said the company believes relationships, trust, distribution, and access—not technology alone—will define the next generation of hospitality infrastructure.

FUN FACT: (How it started, revenue milestone, unique founder story, etc.): PRIMA was launched earlier this year by serial entrepreneur Alex Zhardanovsky, who previously built Azoogle’s $200M+ affiliate marketing business. Frustrated by how fragmented and favor-based restaurant reservations became, he built PRIMA as a unified network connecting restaurants, hotels, and concierges, turning demand into a real, trackable marketplace. After launching in Miami, PRIMA is now scaling globally.
