24,

I’ve come a long way. But this year I feel different. This year I feel intentional. This year I feel clear. I see why I had to go through all the turmoil and the journey to become who I am now. I see why now. I thought I truly knew who I was then. Now I know that I was just lost trying to find my way. I didn’t know who I was, but the journey to finding myself has been truly rewarding because I know all I’ve been through and why I came out the other side. But this year is the first year that I will truly be walking in my purpose. 24 is my year and I put all that I’ve learned about myself into place. I put action to the things/words that I’ve told myself for years. 24 is intentional, love, grace, power, fluidity, self-care, and action! I am determined to make the life I can’t stop dreaming about.

The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams. #happybirthdaytome 🤞🏽🤍

Dear Mion,

may you always be drawn toward the light

The kind that spills through the trees
The kind that warms your skin
The kind you only find when you slow down enough to notice it

I hope you never become too busy to admire the flowers, too guarded to laugh freely, or too overwhelmed to believe that beautiful days still exist

There is so much goodness waiting to be seen

So leave a little light wherever you go
in the way you speak,
the way you love,
and the way you make people feel

You never know whose heart might become a little lighter simply because you were there

✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

Don’t let Instagram fool you… I genuinely don’t like running….😒thank you volleyball

Almost every time I start, there’s a little voice in my head trying to negotiate a shorter workout or convince me to skip it altogether

Every time we choose the hard thing instead of the comfortable thing, we’re teaching ourselves that discomfort isn’t something to fear but it’s something we can handle

That’s where confidence comes from

Not from waiting until it feels easy
From proving to yourself, OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND AGAIN, that you can do hard things anyway

I still don’t love running

I just love the version of me that’s waiting on the other side of it 🤍

Stop thinking. Just do.

Sometimes what we call “planning” is really just procrastination in a cute outfit 🤏🏽😌ok ok

The more you think about doing something, the harder it can feel to start. That’s LIMBIC FRICTION the resistance between knowing what to do and actually doing it

At some point, you have to stop negotiating with yourself and just move

Action creates clarity.

If you need more support during your journey, I offer 1:1 coaching.

It’s more than workouts and nutrition it’s a space to build the habits, mindset, and confidence needed for lasting change.

If you’re thinking about your grocery list, your situationship🫪, what you’re eating after the gym, or your to do list during a set…

Respectfully, you’re missing out😂

One of the most underrated tools for muscle growth is
learning how to slow down and actually connect with the muscle you’re trying to train

Less rushing.
Less momentum.
More control.

Because the goal isn’t just to complete the workout

It’s to get the most out of every rep

Everything tempo, hallelujah

If you need more help and guidance during ur journey I offer 1:1 training. It’s more than just a program and nutrition guidance, it’s a space to grow and learn😚 (in
