six of crows but in SPANISH!!!!!! SPECIAL EDITIONS!!!!!! 🐦‍⬛
(let it be known: i don't speak spanish beyond the few classes i took in high school 💀 but these are still verrrrrrry cool)

anyways, i think by now we all know that i LOVE this duology and it's among my all time favorites. it really means a bunch to me, and i just couldn't resist these beauties! 🥹🥰

i'm also a sucker for alternate dustjackets and these gorgeous, detailed sprayed edges. i had to have them. 🤩

(last picture was a fail but i thought it was funny so i included it 😭)

my fairyloot edition of the exquisite torment of loving your enemy came in!!! 💜🩷

i LOVE the dearly beloathed duology and i am sososo happy i own these! they are among my top favorite special editions i own—and i own quite a few, so i think that says something. 👀

the dustjacket illustrations, the edge illustrations (on ALL SIDES, BTW!!!), the naked hardbacks: TOP TIER DESIGN. I AM OBSESSED. and i will cherish them forever!!

also, we need to talk about these books, because they are SO GOOD. the humor, the banter, the tension, it is DELICIOUS. i loved both these books so much!! 😭
if you haven't already, definitely read them.

brigitte knightley; i will read anything you write. seriously. do keep it coming! 🥰

(peep the little cat signature in the final picture! 🥹)

BOOK REVIEW

UNDER THE IRON SKY by a.t. emerald

thank you to the publisher and the author for this advance review copy.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

yooooooo this was so good. the true enemies-to-lovers i've been YEARNING for.
you want dark? you want gory? you want morally gray? this is IT.

the world was so interesting; i'm usually not too big into dystopian fantasy (let alone with all types of guns and machinery), but this was entirely my thing.

the characters and character development: top notch. the lines are so blurred you don't even know which ones you're supposed to love, and which ones you're supposed to hate. some, both at the same time. (except golla. there's only love for golla.)

the worldbuilding and magic system were really interesting as well. it was so cool to watch it all unfurl, to put the puzzle pieces together, leading up to that epic climax at the ending. i did guess one (part of a) plot twist, but i never would've guessed THIS. sheer brilliance.

i am so glad i read this, and will be so impatiently waiting for the next book!! well done, a.t. emerald, well done! 🥹
