Cooking in claypots is a labour of love, and what better time to enjoy slowly simmered dishes at BOU than Chinese New Year!

Check out our CNY specials featuring @paperkitebeer Ale, in our take on the Drunken Prawns, a flavourful all-time classic.

The traditional Preserved Meats Claypot Rice a.k.a. Lap Mei Fan also shares the stage this festive season, with rice infused with the fragrant essence of the meats and cooked to a tender yet crusty perfection! #musttry
