Jimmy Buffett has always been a cool figure for us. Back in the early 00’s, he used to come to our old restaurant La Sardine (rip) and my mom, who was a huge fan, would load us in the car and head to the restaurant so she could talk to him. He was always super nice and down to earth. Like most customers who came in semi regularly, him and my dad became friendly, and one time when we were in Cancun, my dad reached out to him personally for a reso at Margaritaville Cancun! We were treated way better than the other American tourists there that day 😂😂

With all that being said, we are super excited to announce that Margheriteville will be our Halloween pop up this year! We’re gonna be making cheeseburgers in paradise, Jimmys jammin jambalaya,crispy carribean eggrolls, volcano nachos and much much more!! We will be getting extra with decor so parrothead/other Halloween costumes are highly encouraged. Gonna be doing only one day (Halloween day), but both lunch and dinner service will be Margheriteville. Books now open! by @bouchonchicago

Aaaannnnnd we’re back! New menu is bangin. Here are some highlights pt. 1

-Seared Foie, duck boudin tomato farci, apple horseradish consomme

-Steak tartare, Roquefort soubise, really good onion rings, sungold tomato

-Baja Kampachi, yellow peach, peach tea chanterelle aspic, green peppercorn, anise hyssop

-Scallop toast (like a shrimp toast), sauce charon, sweet baby corn, saffron puree, tomato

-Roast bone marrow, fermented sweet cherry, hazelnuts, elderflower, brioche by @bouchonchicago
