We’ve missed you. 🤎

It’s been a very full summer over here at Boulder Broth — a lot of growing, building, traveling, nourishing, and working behind the scenes. But there’s nothing quite like getting back to our farmers market community.

And just in time. The temperatures are dropping, the freezers are LOADED, and broth season is officially upon us.

Come find us this weekend:

SATURDAY → Boulder County Farmers Market
SUNDAY → South Pearl Street Farmers Market

We’ll have all the broth. Come say hi, stock your freezer, and let us nourish you again.

It feels good to be back. 🦬 taken in Boulder, Colorado by @boulder.broth

UNISON, WE’RE COMING HUNGRY. 🌙🍜

Boulder Broth is headed south to @unisonfestival — and we’re bringing the brothl with us.

You’ll find us Stage Right, baby — sharing the Snack Shack with @machii.matcha by day, then turning it into the brothl after dark.

Come find us for steaming cups of organic broth, hot ramen, ice-cold drinks, snacky treats, and a place to land, sip, and get nourished before heading back into the music.

And behind the scenes, we’re proud to be a Unison Festival sponsor, nourishing the Green Room all weekend and taking care of the artists who are giving so much of themselves to this gathering — including @thepolishambassador, @mikelovemusic, @skysiamusic @dannymusengo of Gone Gone Beyond, and entire incredible Unison lineup.

Because for us, nourishment has never just been about food.

It’s about taking care of people.
Taking care of the land.
And creating community around both.

That feels pretty damn Unison to us.

Come find the brothl after dark. 🖤

Heal Yourself. Heal the Land. Create Community.

It always comes back to the ingredients. 🍄

Our Roasted Mushroom Broth begins with certified organic mushrooms grown by two Colorado farms: Hazel Dell Mushrooms in Fort Collins and Cannolo Family Farms in Jefferson County.

And not just one kind of mushroom. We build this broth from more than 11 different varieties, creating layers of deep, earthy umami and bringing together the unique character of each mushroom in the pot.

Then we give them time.

They slowly simmer with carefully chosen herbs and spices, including fresh-shaved nutmeg, which brings warmth and aromatic depth and beautifully rounds out the earthiness of the mushrooms.

And at the very end, we finish the broth with generous amounts of saffron—one of the most treasured spices in the world, rich in naturally occurring compounds studied for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

The result is a deeply savory, complex, plant-based broth that is as intentional as everything we make.

Because knowing where your food comes from matters.
And knowing what went into making it matters, too.

Parker, have you stocked your freezer yet? 👀

Boulder Broth has officially landed at The LOCAL, and for the rest of August, you can find all Boulder Broth products for 20% OFF.

If you haven’t been yet, it’s worth the trip. Nestled in the heart of downtown Parker, The LOCAL has created the kind of place we love—filled with Colorado-made products, thoughtful gifts, good food, and people who genuinely care about supporting local businesses. It’s exactly where Boulder Broth belongs.

If you’ve been curious about what makes our broth different, this is a pretty good excuse to find out.

We simmer our broth for days, using thoughtfully sourced ingredients from farmers and land stewards we know and trust. The result is deeply nourishing, incredibly flavorful broth made for sipping straight from the mug or adding a little more goodness to whatever you’re cooking.

And getting to put it on the shelves of a business that shares our love for Colorado makers, local food, and the people behind it makes this one even sweeter. 🤍
