綴じ ✾ toji
in japanese, toji means “binding.” it is the quiet act of stitching loose pages into one.

our a6 mini journals are hand bound in yotsume toji, a traditional japanese binding that ties each book together through four holes along the spine. each one is stitched slowly by hand, thread pulled through paper until the pages hold as one

pocket-sized and made for retreats, workshops, field notes and artist collaborations ✦

journal entry 004 ⚘ balconies and butterflies

while the last of the mornings clouds say goodbye to the mountains, drifting away

I take time to slow down, to be with my favourite companion

to capture all the magic that unfolded in my favourite village tucked between limestone cliffs
