Be right back, I’m hiding behind my journal! 📝

I’ll be sharing my face and voice on here again, shortly. I have been through a few internally driven processes that I can’t wait to share with you. I just need a moment for them to integrate! 🐚🪶

Also, my beautiful friends, Manon and Crystal, hand bind these journals featuring retro national geographic covers. I love using a journal made with such love and intention so I thought I would share my friends’ heartfelt creation! 🦋

They let old stories hold new ones. They cut the covers. They stitch the spines by hand.

Meet Manon and Crystal, the Cape Town duo behind @bound_journals 👋 They hand-bind journals using covers cut from vintage National Geographic mags - yellow spines, iconic photography, a second life stitched together at a workbench. Every book is a one-off. Once they’re bound, they’re bound. 🫴

This is what being an entrepreneur really looks like. 🧶
