Today marks 3 years of sobriety for me. Hell ya! 🎉🥳🎉 March 3rd 3 years sober- 333 😘 angel number sobriety. Plus my life path number is 33, so there's that. I could dig it. I'm not surprised, but kinda suprised that I've made it this far. Last year was by far one of the hardest years of my life, but I made it through humbled and rebirthed... again lol. Thank you everyone that's supported me, been in my corner and cheered me on. I've had moments of certainty and alignment and others where I was a hot mess express. Even a few moments where I was ready to throw it all away (glad I didn't) All valuable. All beautiful. Grateful to be sober. Grateful to be in excellent health. Grateful to be in service to humanity everyday. Grateful to be me. I love this crazy beautiful life ❤️

Rest in paradise Gary Gentilcore. The father of my children. Just days ago you asked if I could ever be your friend. I accepted and expressed support for you in your quest for sobriety (with boundaries attached.) I called you friend in the end. After everything, I forgave you fully. The most intense level of forgiveness I've ever experienced. I'm saddened about your departure of this planet, but at the same time relieved you have found peace after MUCH suffering. May your story inspire others to seek help with their addictions before it is too late. I'll play some Fear Factory in remembrance of you tonight for old times sake. You know which song.

Kicking off 2026 the right way! Fitness fo life! My abs are so much more defined. And once again... thank you Youngevity! When I was sick with Hashimotos and my hormones were unbalanced, I sadly watched my body pack on the pounds and my once perky booty turn into a freaking pancake 😱😭 Can anyone relate? Who needs a BBL? With the pain of surgery and ALL the repercussions of having a procedure like that. No thanks, I got this the all natural way. Now though... ladies and gentlemen, we have lift off. Working on that bubble 🫧 No New Years resolutions. No excuses. Just a chosen LIFESTYLE and results. Plus, check out my 80s Barbie leggings. Killer 😘 by @bourntorise

An uplifting outing with the fam. I felt like such a kid, filled with joy and enthusiasm. There were so many smiles and hearty laughter. My mom and Ayden went skipping with me down the path arm in arm 🤭 Weirdos for life! It was such a great night. And... just look at that tree!!! You know which one. I was so drawn to it. Best part of the night though... check out Ayden's smile. My handsome son 🥰 He's been feeling a bit down and to see him smiling and having such a good time truly brightened my spirit. If you don't even try, then you'll never know just how incredible life can be. Life is made for expansion, messy action and "failing forward" in order to master what you love. Sure it's easy to play it safe, or at least it appears that way, but you'll never know just how much of a badass you truly are and what you are capable of until you start taking risks. That's when you see a life you are madly in love with unfolding. Let go of the fear and rise. by @bourntorise
