"Thank you again Daria for hosting this wonderful experience. What came up for me today was the awareness to always give myself grace. To honor myself and where I'm at. To honor my imperfections and to honor others and all of their imperfections. To choose patience instead of perfection.

I'm not too familiar with painting and the perfectionist in me had to be set aside lol but I still wanted to share my creation with you all. Rather than getting upset that things did not turn out perfectly, or me feeling embarrassed to share, which historically I have done, I'm trying to step out of that way of thinking and honor things as they are."
