Thrilled to be taking up a new role as The Inaugural Programs Coordinator, Environment and Health, NiMSA SCOPH 2026🧡💚

Now more than ever the World is calling for increased Youth Voices especially in spaces at the intersection of Climate and Health. My journey over the years has been consistent with raising and equipping a generation of eco-conscious future healthcare professionals.

In keeping with this passion, I have been privileged to serve as the President of the LASUCOM-LASEPA Green Club, Deputy National Director of the NiMSA Directorate on Climate Awareness and Advocacy, Research Lead of the FAMSA Technical Working Group on Climate Change and Planetary Health, amongst other platforms creating real value and positive impact.

I look forward to cultivating a Culture of Eco-consciousness amongst our distinguished Medical Student populace across the Federation💚🇳🇬

As future healthcare professionals, lets join hands to drive the positive impact we hope to see in our Health Systems, starting with our Environment💚🧡

the year is circa 2026. i am still building. still setting my gaze on things far beyond me. still walking into rooms i fear a 5th year medical student might have no place in. the story is still unfolding, with the weight of dreams heavier than ever before. the conviction remains clear however: dreams are not permitted to die here!!!🏅

i was privileged to have attended the 3rd edition of the Lagos Leadership Summit, a groundbreaking initiative of the Lateef Jakande leadership academy, where we engaged in productive discussions centered around building systems that outlive us.

it's always an immense honour to sit in the midst of outstanding changemakers and leaders, actively taking part in shaping the trajectory of the future!❤️

Saturday, October 4th, 2025, was a truly special occasion this year.

I was privileged to be one of the 4000+ dynamic young people and innovators at the LinkedIn Local-Nigeria event, and it was a life-changing moment for me.

There are several avenues for growth available in this world, and one very important one is being in the right rooms at the right time, listening to the right people giving out valuable insights, and this was exactly what the LinkedIn Local Event was to me.

Big congratulations to @_oladotunajayi and @emmanuel_ndukka the Conveners;
I was able to see into the respective journeys and lives of the Guest speakers, through the stories they shared, the experiences they highlighted, and the advice they laid down.

Expanding my horizon of knowledge, being told to "THINK LEGACY", because legacy cannot be built on falsehood, it has to be sustainable.

The keynote speaker, spoke on embracing your "otherness", regardless of the judgement, because no one who achieved any great thing did so without being judged.

My knowledge bank was built upon, with rich insights regarding building true wealth, which is the ability to attract the right resources, and at the right time, to meet your needs and to make impact.

A personal highlight was being told to be an unreasonable Visionary, and being reminded that It is my responsibility to find the knowledge I need to succeed.

YOUNG PEOPLE HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE THE WORLD!!!🌍❤️

In Commemoration of the World Clean Up Day, on September 20th 2025, in my capacity as the President of the LASUCOM-LASEPA Green Club, I was privileged to lead Club Members and Executives in a CLEAN UP EXERCISE♻️💚

This exemplary, pacesetting action of Cleaning up the College of Medicine Axis and adjourning streets in our immediate environs, reaffirms our commitment as young Changemakers to Global Climate reforms and Environmental Sustainability!!!✨✨

This Activity was borne out of an historic collaboration with the @nulass_lasucom office of the Vice President, in person of my brother and fellow Changemaker @miro_nation

This is a call to future healthcare professionals to be environmentally aware, and a personal reminder of the goal of inculcating a culture of eco-consciousness into the next generation of Doctors 🥼💚

Privileged and honoured to announce that I recently emerged Pioneer Recipient of the LASUMSA INAUGURAL ARTS AND LITERARY AWARD🏅✨

I am immensely grateful for the recognition and acknowledgement, and do not take for granted how much you all and the good people of LASUMSA have supported me in my writing journey❤️

It's been a true honour bagging international awards, and taking the name of my School and Association across the borders... 🌍

But it's one thing to win awards, and it's another to Pioneer an award🥇
