It’s a Dawgs victory Saturday! How do you celebrate a 45-17 victory! I go with this 10 Year Old New Louisville Whiskey Co. Single Barrel coming in at 136.6 proof! This pour is simply amazing, the nose is fantastic with rich notes of brown sugar and caramel, it makes me think of a crème brûlée dessert, with a dash of cinnamon on top!
On the palate the spice notes of cinnamon and baking spice come forward, this is an oily textured pour on the palate from front to back! The finish is more of the spice notes of cinnamon and oak with vanilla and brown sugar. It has a nice long KY hug! I will buy another! Go Dawgs! Cheers!🥃🥃 by @brad.mango

Happy Thirsty Thursday from Pensacola Fl! I found this Buff-Turkey 15 year old Praedictum Barrel Proof coming in at 112 proof!
This is a very interesting pour, there is a lot of chatter as to this bottle and the secondary market price, it got as high as 600.00. I do love a good Buff-turkey and this me hits the spot.

I am having the neck pour tonight and will post tasting notes after it opens up! However, first blush is damn good! Cheers!🥃🥃
