Same country one year apart!

This change has been brutal, difficult but I’m very happy it’s happening, and it’s not over!

Getting in shape didn’t require me to stop being a bartender. It required me to build my training around my life instead of waiting for the perfect lifestyle.

I can only thank god for my energy levels and discipline 🙏🏼 by @brademamba

Kobe Bean Bryant, gracias por enseñarme como debo pensar, en siempre buscar más competencia, en crear mis caminos y siempre trabajar por mis metas. Th Great Black Mamba. RIP 2.24 #kobeforever #blackmambaforever by @brademamba

3 MONTHS OF SHOWING UP.🫱🏼‍🫲🏻

537 km running this year.
40 km in a single week.
Over 1 million steps.
Hundreds of minutes of physical activity every week.
And all of this while working long shifts behind the bar.
Some weeks were better than others. Some days I was exhausted. And some days I simply didn’t want to train.

But that’s what these numbers represent to me.

Not talent. Not motivation. Consistency. 🙏🏼

Thanks God for everything! 🤍 by @brademamba

Failing is part of the grind! 🙏🏼 by @brademamba

You don’t need to change your entire life to get healthier, just start moving a little more every day. 🙏🏼

Building strength while chasing endurance. 🏋️‍♂️🏃‍♂️

My current hybrid training split:

1. Upper — Pull-ups, bench, rows
2. Lower — Squats, RDLs
3. Legs — Bulgarians, leg curls
4. Push — Incline press, shoulders
5. Pull — Pulldowns, rows
6. Rest — Recovery & mobility
7. Legs — Hip thrusts, extensions

+ 3 weekly runs:

• 🏃 Tempo — Speed & threshold
• 🏃 Recovery — Easy Zone 2
• 🏃 Long run — Building endurance

Balancing lifting, running, and long nights behind the bar isn’t easy. Some weeks are stronger than others.

The goal? Be a big guy who runs far. by @brademamba

Build a routine around your life, not your life around a routine. 🙏🏼

And thank God for everything 🤍 by @brademamba

Life is happening all around you. Not everything needs your reaction, and not every moment needs to define you.

Observe more. Absorb less.🙏🏼
