We’re buzzing with excitement for our new partnership with Save the Bee. 🐝 Since day one, Bragg has helped people thrive through educating about the power of healthy habits and organic agriculture. This partnership builds off that legacy by creating nine acres of pollination habitat that enhances crop resilience, bee health, and apple yields. Happy bees = happy apples (and the best apple cider vinegar). Tap the link in bio to learn more Bragg.com/SaveTheBee by @bragg

✨🏓 The smiles, the rallies, the cheering, and the energy from the crowd made this tournament one to remember. 🏓✨

We’re grateful to Bragg for being part of the experience as a Friend Sponsor of the Kenny Loggins Pickleball in the Danger Zone Tournament.

Having supporters like Bragg alongside us made the weekend feel even more meaningful as we came together, had a lot of fun, and celebrated our community in support of Unity Shoppe.

Thank you, @bragg, sharing this special weekend with us and helping make it such a memorable one. ❤️ by @bragg

Not all ACV is created equal. 👀🍎

“Apple Cider Vinegar” is on the label… but are they all made the same?
Consider these your ACV green flags:
🟢 100% organic apples
🟢 Raw, unfiltered
🟢 Naturally fermented with the live ‘mother’
Choose Bragg and know what you’re pouring.

How much water do you REALLY need to stay hydrated?
Spoiler: It’s not the same for everyone.

Forget the “8 glasses a day” rule.
There isn’t one magic number that works for everyone.

Your hydration needs depend on:
🏃 Activity level
☀️ Climate & environment
🧍 Body size
🎂 Age
🤰 Life stage
…and more

A general guideline:
About 125 oz of total fluids/day for men
About 91 oz of total fluids/day for women
These include fluids from beverages + water found in food.

Yep, food counts, too.
Water-rich foods can contribute to your daily fluid intake, so hydration isn't just about how much you drink.

I’ve been doing this for a long time… and I have a letter from one of my students from 2017 to prove it. (Keep swiping 👀)

@Bragg has been part of my routine for over a decade, so when they launched their new Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar On-The-Go Liquid Pouches, it felt like kismet. Something I’ve been using for years, now in a format that actually makes sense for my life on the go. #sponsored

Whether I’m on the trail, in the sky, or at home.

No bottle to carry around and no measuring — just add a pouch to water or juice (I love them in smoothies!) and go.

The pouches are organic, raw, unfiltered, and naturally fermented with the live “Mother,” and come in Original, Citrus Ginger, and Honey Cayenne.

They’re available at Walmart and Walmart.com.

Are you an ACV person? How do you like to use it?

What does Vibrant Living really mean? In this conversation, Dr. Ed McDonald shares his perspective on the Vibrant Living philosophy, a memorable moment with Patricia Bragg, and why caring for our mental and spiritual well-being is just as important as caring for our physical health.

A little wisdom, a little history, and a reminder that wellness is about the whole person.

Becoming a mom has made me think a lot more about what I want “wellness” to look like in our home.

And the more I think about it, the less it looks like chasing every new wellness trend and the more it looks like the simple things we’ve known matter for a long time:

☀️ Sunshine + time outside
🥗 Whole-food nourishment
🏃‍♀️ Moving our bodies
🌿 Simple daily rituals we can actually stick with

@Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar has been in my family’s pantry for generations, which is one reason partnering with @bragg to share their Philosophy for Vibrant Living feels especially fitting.

Bragg has been doing this for 100+ years.

Their ACV is:
• USDA Certified Organic
• Raw + unfiltered
• Made with the Mother
• 5% acidity
• Naturally fermented

No complicated wellness routine required! Just a simple pantry staple that has stood the test of time.

To me, vibrant living isn’t something you achieve. It’s something you practice in the small choices you make every day.

And that’s the relationship with wellness I hope to pass along to our daughter. 🤍

What does living vibrantly mean to you?
