Built through adversity

In my last prep, I really came face to face with myself.
My body hit the emergency brake, but I didn’t stop.

It forced me to slow down, listen and learn. And looking back, I needed that.

I feel stronger than ever now, and I’m enjoying this sport more than I ever have.

Sometimes life is just trying to teach you something.
