What a moment.

To get here was always the plan, but we never knew exactly how it would happen.

To everyone who came out and supported us, you have no idea how grateful we are. Your energy was felt and definitely heard through out the venue.

Some things are bigger than boxing.

WARRIOR WITHIN — VOLUME I.
An opportunity to bring our community together through a shared set of values: discipline, courage, respect, sacrifice, and service to something greater than yourself.

We want our kids and teens to see that being a warrior isn’t just about what happens in the ring. It’s about the character you build, the people you stand beside, and the responsibility you carry beyond yourself.
This is what Brampton Boxing is about.

Building more than fighters. Building people.
A meaningful step for our gym, our community, and the generations coming up behind us.

Building your repertoire starts with knowing what you do well.

No matter who’s in front of you — their size, experience, or skill level — you need to know what you can rely on.
Your strengths shouldn’t disappear when the opponent changes.

The goal is to understand your tools, know when to use them, and learn how to apply them against different bodies and styles.

You can’t build a complete fighter without first understanding what they do best.

Not every tool is used for the same job.
You wouldn’t use a screwdriver to drive a nail.

Bag work isn’t just about technique. It’s about developing the attitude to fight. When it’s time to let your hands go, don’t just touch the bag.

You never know who’s going to walk through the doors.

Had the pleasure of having @inderbassi_ stop by the gym last tonight.

I’ve been a fan of his work, so it was a pretty cool moment to meet him—and even better, to sit down and talk beyond boxing.

We talked fighting, family, beliefs, life, and everything in between. Somehow, we even found out we share a lot of mutual people and connections.

That’s one of the things I love about boxing. You can meet someone from across the world and realize there’s more that connects us than separates us.

Big respect to Inder for taking the time to come through, share some knowledge, and spend some time with our gym.

Always good to see someone from our community putting in the work, carrying themselves with pride, and representing where they come from.

Destiny isn’t always about choosing a path - it’s about recognizing the path that was meant for you. Some people spend their lives searching for what they’re meant to do. For Doni Foreman, boxing is exactly that. The sleepless nights, losses, sacrifices, and relentless hunger have all led him here. Undefeated, with every professional fight ending by knockout, Doni believes boxing isn’t simply something he chose - it’s something he was called to do. Honoured to have been part of this charity boxing event alongside Peel Regional Police and our City Councillors — and especially proud to have trained two of our councillors for the ring. @rowenasantosbrampton @iharkiratsingh

A huge thank you to the City of Brampton and @rodpowerbrampton for giving us the opportunity to be part of something that brings people together, gives back, and shows what our community is capable of.

Proud of every one of them for battling through the weekend and putting it all on the line.

The medals are great, but what makes me proud is seeing the growth, the heart, and the willingness to step in there and test yourself.
