Overview of this past fight camp with undefeated pro boxer @doniforemanofficial who is now 1 week out from his next professional fight.

With only 2 S&C sessions per week, we prioritized movements with the strongest stimulus for the qualities we wanted to develop.

Plyometrics, both bodyweight and loaded, for speed and power. Heavy compound movements for maximal strength. Machines, barbells, speciality bars and dumbbells for additional work capacity and hypertrophy. Core work emphasizing rotation and flexion initiated from the hips. Assault bike and road work for conditioning.

Throughout camp we rotated between rep ranges, implements, and exercise variations to continuously make progress while staying adaptable.

Destiny isn’t always about choosing a path - it’s about recognizing the path that was meant for you. Some people spend their lives searching for what they’re meant to do. For Doni Foreman, boxing is exactly that. The sleepless nights, losses, sacrifices, and relentless hunger have all led him here. Undefeated, with every professional fight ending by knockout, Doni believes boxing isn’t simply something he chose - it’s something he was called to do. And when you believe you’re destined for something, you keep going.

You chase the belts, the records, the legacy, and everything waiting on the other side. As he prepares for his fifth professional fight, Doni isn’t just fighting for another win. He’s answering a calling. Something everyone should aim to do.

Mad love to Coach Jit and my @brampton_boxing fam at the Peel Police Charity Boxing Gala tonight. What a blast for exhibition fights with elected friends @bramptongraham @iharkiratsingh @mariorussocaledon and of course, President of Boxing Ontario @rodpowerbrampton. Also amazing competitive matches between Peel Police and Bermuda Police. All fighting for Charity. As my first boxing match after a couple of months of training, it was a blast. Looking forward to training even more and for next year! Special shout out to my competitor tonight, Alicia Panetta 💜. More videos and photos to follow. Really wanted to first say thank you to @brampton_boxing fam and my son in my corner this evening 💜🙏🏼💜

Ps. Coach and team said “have fun out there” and we did! 🙏🏼

Boxing is about more than learning how to fight. It teaches discipline, confidence, resilience, respect, and the courage to stand up for yourself and others.

When we give children a place to train, we give them an outlet for their energy, a community that believes in them, and the tools to face adversity without becoming part of it.

We fight bullying by building confident kids.
We fight failure by teaching perseverance.
We build success by investing early.
