shout out to @shabandzz for stepping into the unknown this weekend! Also big props for trusting me and most importantly trusting himself to do something he’s never done before 🔥

ps: it felt like I was watching myself compete this weekend. So much intensity and passion. I can’t lie I was moved to tears but no one wants someone with tears yelling at them so I snapped out of it. But thank you for that Sha and thank you to @arx_games for the opportunity 🙏🏾 by @bran2tymes

“HE’S ONLY 5”

Soccer season and kindergarten is here for my boy and he couldn’t be more excited. We worried on some light presses and bodyweight pulling. He also got a chance to conquer his fears with some high box jumps. Everyone always freezes up on those 😂 s/o @coach_meg_ for helping me out in that moment.

Don’t get me wrong my dad was and still is awesome, but I know this one hour of working on yourself is the difference between what you want and what someone else wants for you.

Another s/o to @hardworkathletics_ for the “Strong Dad” hat. If you’re a dad that handles his bidness, I highly suggest you get one. ( I got so many compliments 🤭😂 ) use code BFARRAR10 when you do for 10% off and to buy Jonah some more dinosaurs 🦖
