POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I started my aerial journey in 2018 & was constantly striving for gracefulness & fluidity. I spent years developing a movement style that I loved & teaching it in my @axis_aerialarts classes.

I decided to create The Flow Formula to put all the tips & tricks I’ve learned throughout the years in one place & help others find fluidity.

You can find it in my bio.🦋

What I’m doing between the combos I post. I love that @axis_aerialarts gets to be my creative outlet as well as my job. 🤍
