POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Last Thursday, Team True Form showed up and showed out at the Tomball Chamber Cup Challenge! A little friendly competition, a whole lot of laughs, and an incredible day spent alongside some amazing people in our community! We may not have taken home the trophy, but we definitely walked away with some great memories!

A HUGE thank you to the @tomballchamber and everyone who worked behind the scenes to put together such a fun, well-organized event. We know how much work goes into making a day like this happen, and we appreciate every bit of it!

Congratulations to this year’s winners, and a big shoutout to all the teams who came out, competed, and made the day so much fun! And of course, a special thank you to our True Form crew for representing our gym with so much energy and team spirit. We might not have been the champions on paper, but we’d argue we had the best team out there. Already looking forward to next year!

Finally had a free Tuesday and dropped in to @branbrins sling classes!! Definitely learned a lot of new moves, most did not turn out as smooth as this attempt did lol-shall have to review and try again later. Managed to get into them all though(even if slightly confused), so today was a great success., Definitely gonna feel it tomorrow though....#aerial #sling #houston

Open studio today with my AAA girls 🥰 @beefcakestick and @_annaroundwego_ 😘 Had a fun chill day for myself since my body is slowing down meaning I need to slow down with it 😮‍💨 (the girls def worked a lot harder 🤭)

Sequence: a fun transition sequence I saw from @branbrins 🫶

This past weekend, our True Form family traded barbells for bread and came together for our latest alTRUEism event, making lunches to help feed children across Greater Houston.

It’s easy to take a meal for granted, but for far too many kids, it’s not guaranteed. In Texas, 1 in 5 children experiences food insecurity, and organizations like Kids’ Meals deliver more than 13,000 free, healthy meals every weekday to children who might otherwise go without. @kidsmealsinc

Fitness is about becoming stronger, but it’s also about using that strength to lift up our community. Every lunch we made was a reminder that small acts of kindness, multiplied by many hands, can make a real difference.

Thank you to everyone who spent part of your weekend serving others. This is what True Form is all about. ⚡️

Yesterday we took on The Mo Challenge: Earn Your Cake, and there was no better way to celebrate than alongside our True Form family and our friends from Camp Hope.

We were honored to host @ptsdfoundationofamerica, followed by some incredible breakfast tacos from @tejaschocolate

Thank you to everyone who showed up, pushed through the challenge, and made it about more than fitness. This is what True Form is all about!
