FACE by @brandonmichaelbell

My first time in Puerto Vallarta, and what a trip it turned out to be. Between hurricane threats, unexpected changes in plans, endless laughs, and simply going with the flow, somehow it was exactly what I needed.

There’s something beautiful about stepping away from the noise, the responsibilities, the expectations, and just allowing yourself to BE. No schedules to keep, no pressure to be anywhere else, no need to have everything figured out. Just living in the moment, enjoying good company, and letting life happen.

I’m learning more and more that freedom isn’t always about where you go, but how you allow yourself to feel when you get there.

Grateful for friendships that make space for laughter, spontaneity, and simply being ourselves. We work hard, but moments like these remind me why it’s so important to make time to actually live.

PVR, you were one for the books. Hurricanes and all.
Also, shout out to the @trysthotels for the drinks and great time on the rooftop

More living. Less noise. More moments like these. by @brandonmichaelbell

Finally got some pool time by @brandonmichaelbell

I said I was stepping away for September, and for once, I actually did it. 😂

No scrolling. No random thoughts posted in the moment. No feeling like I needed to document every part of my life.

And honestly… it was exactly what I needed.

A lot happened over the last month. There were some really exciting changes, some unexpected ones, a lot of stress, and moments where I had to slow down and actually sit with myself.

I also experienced an anxiety attack—something I don’t think I’ve ever really been honest about with the people around me. Admitting that I was struggling was uncomfortable, but it also became one of the most freeing things I’ve done.

Because something unexpected happened when I allowed myself to be vulnerable with myself.

I became more comfortable being vulnerable with other people.

I started letting people see more of me—not just the version that’s doing well, figuring it out, making things happen, or having a good time. And in doing that, I found that people were willing to meet me there too.

There were moments this past month when I felt happy, excited, scared, overwhelmed, hopeful… sometimes all at the same time.

And maybe that’s what this season is really about.

Not having everything figured out.

Just being present enough to experience it all.

These sunrises were some of the little moments I kept for myself this month. No post. No Story. Just me standing on my balcony, watching another day begin.

I’m coming back to social media, but I’m not necessarily coming back the same person who left.

I’m grateful for the pause.

Grateful for the lessons.

Grateful for the people who showed up.

And honestly… I’m excited to see what’s next. by @brandonmichaelbell

SEPTEMBER.

I’m stepping away from social media for the month.

Not because something is wrong. Quite the opposite.

There’s a lot changing in my life right now—some things I’ve chosen, some things I didn’t expect, and a lot of things I’m still figuring out. I’ve realized that before I step into what’s next, I need to be fully present for where I am now.

So September is about getting quiet.

Less noise. Less comparison. Less documenting.

More thinking. More creating. More being present. More listening to myself.

I want to take some time to mentally, emotionally, and intentionally prepare for the next chapter of my life rather than constantly sharing the current one.

There are some big changes ahead, and for once, I don’t feel the need to announce them before they happen.

I just want to live them.

So if you don’t see me around for a while, know that I’m good. I’m just choosing to go inward for a little bit.

See you October by @brandonmichaelbell

This birthday feels a little different for me.
As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized that life becomes less about how many people are around you, and more about who is around you. Less about having the biggest room, and more about having the right people sitting at the table.
And looking around tonight, I feel really lucky.
Every person here has played some role in my life—some of you have known me forever, some of you have come into my life more recently, but all of you have contributed something to the person I am today.
This past year has taught me a lot about being intentional. About letting go of things that don’t serve me. About appreciating the simple things. About choosing peace, choosing growth, choosing genuine relationships, and being present for the life that I’m actually living.
And I think that’s what I wanted this birthday to be about.
Not a huge party. Not a room full of people just for the sake of having a room full of people.
Just a beautiful table, good food, good wine, and people I genuinely love and appreciate.
So thank you for being here. Thank you for being part of my life. Thank you for loving me through all of my different seasons and versions of myself.
I’m incredibly grateful for where I am, excited for where I’m going, and honestly… really happy to be here.
So here’s to another year of growth, love, health, experiences, and choosing the things that matter.
And most importantly—here’s to the people around this table.
Cheers. ❤️ by @brandonmichaelbell
