On my 8th episode of Juicy Talk, I sat down with @mikemoore320 , author of Love God, Hate Church. He talks about what changed for him after his divorce, how to forgive, and why he believes faith is simpler than we make it.
You will learn that guilt, working hard, and pressure to be a perfect Christian is such a waste of time.

I dare you to listen to the whole episode and not be changed.

I took Rosie to a dog Halloween party today while @gavin_goddard was at work. It was all about pup cups, painting pumpkins, dogs selfies with a DJ! She loves when grandma comes to town 😆

Your highlight reel isn't their whole story. ✨
When @sierra_dawn_ was asked for her "juicy truth of life," she didn't hesitate: stop comparing yourself to what you see online.
"It is a highlight reel. Nobody is perfect. We're all messy."
She hears all the time that her life looks perfect, but marriage and motherhood are hard, with moments of hard every single day. Comparison steals your joy, because there's no room for joy when you're constantly measuring your journey against someone else's path.
If you needed this today: you're not alone. We all have hard. 🤍
💬 Tag a mom who needs this reminder.

This is my “go to “ workout when I’m short of time! Ya sweat, burn and feel it all over!

30 sec sprint or fast walk w incline -
(3x w 30sec rest in between )
12 pull ups (TRX back row-15x)
10 toes to bar ( knee lifts-10x ) or plank -1min

Getting stronger isn’t just about what you can do with your body. It’s about proving to yourself that you’re capable of MORE than you think.

Some days you feel unstoppable. Other days, just showing up is the win.

Show up anyway. Push your limits. Challenge your excuses. 💥

And ladies, especially those of us over 40 and 50… WE ARE NOT DONE. 🔥 We’re just getting started!

Your age doesn’t define your potential. Your past doesn’t determine your future. And your excuses don’t get to write your story.

Now go do something that makes you PROUD of yourself! 💪

What’s one thing you’re challenging yourself to do this week?

Something happened last night at the Jones Estate. It was a search for my killer, the pool boy Ethan left the country and money was missing. These things happen, so glad we had the right team on the job to find who did it! by @brandynelsonjones

What is Joubert syndrome?

Joubert syndrome is a rare genetic condition that affects brain development and can impact vision, movement, muscle tone, speech, and sometimes organ function.
@sierra_dawn_ ’s son was diagnosed after a long search for answers. Through the uncertainty and medical complexity, Sierra has met the journey with fierce advocacy, patience, and love—always celebrating the joyful, determined little boy he is.
He is so much more than a diagnosis. #journey #survivor#joubertsyndrome #joubertawarenessmonth#podcast #strongmom by @brandynelsonjones
