New acting headshots 🎬✨
I love how many layers we all carry - light, shadows, and a few little demons.
No need to hide them. Embrace them.
Thank you @ksuxaneu 💛

Vikings Valhalla on Netflix July 11th⚔️
Final season ❤️‍🔥

It was a blessing to be part of the cast. To try my hand at an absolutely wonderful role. The people I met on this project were incredibly kind, talented, professional and of course we laughed a lot.

And I’ll always be grateful for your trust @frankmoiselle
It was a pleasure to get to know Ireland in this way💚

What if your character’s pain became your own? 🎭

One of the most powerful acting tools is substitution — using your own emotional experiences and personal connections to make a fictional situation feel real.

Instead of just memorizing lines, ask yourself:

Who in my real life would I say these words to?
What personal experience brings me closer to this emotion?
What do I actually want from the person in front of me?

The goal isn’t to force emotions. It’s to find a personal connection that makes your actions believable.

At @brat.community, we explore acting techniques that help you move beyond the words and bring truth into every scene.

Don’t just say the lines. Make them mean something. 🔥 by @bratchyna

I started journaling back in theatre school. At first, it was part of my acting practice. 13 years later, it’s still part of my life. ✍🏼

And I think the biggest thing it gave me is a better understanding of myself.

You start noticing your patterns.
Naming your emotions.
Understanding what you actually want — and what you’re doing just because you think you should.
You become more observant, reflective and honest with yourself.

It also trains something we work with a lot as actors: attention. The ability to notice small details, emotions, reactions, people, moments.

13 years of writing things down — and I’m still discovering new things about myself.

Maybe that’s the whole point💛 by @bratchyna

It’s not only what you say. It’s the energy you say it with.

You can have the perfect words — but do you believe them?
Does your body believe them? Does your energy match your message?

At @brat.community, we work with your state first — and give you practical acting tools to shift your energy, access the right emotion and show up differently depending on the situation.

Because confidence, presence and charisma aren’t something you either have or don’t.
They’re states you can learn to access. ⚡️ by @bratchyna

I was clearly born for a late 90s / early 2000s horror movie.

Something between The Faculty, Final Destination, Urban Legend, Scream and The Craft.

You know the type — the blonde with a slightly cold, distant look and a little grunge energy. At first, you think she’s just the pretty girl… and then it turns out she knows way more than everyone else.

Fall always brings this side of me out. 🍂
I’ve always wanted to play in a dark, mystical thriller.

Now the only question is:
am I the blonde who gets killed in the first 10 minutes… or the one who survives till the end and saves everyone? 🔪

What would you cast me as? by @bratchyna

1. Get comfortable with rejection.
95% of an actor’s journey is hearing “no” — for reasons you can’t control.
Too young. Too old. Wrong hair. Wrong nose. Wrong accent. Wrong passport.
I got my first real rejection wound at 17.
Now? I don’t take it personally.
Sometimes you’re simply not what they’re looking for. And that says nothing about your worth.

2. You’ll never stop learning.
Acting isn’t math. There’s no formula you can memorize.
You create your own — and every role may require a completely new version of you.
Learn to drive. Cook. Dance. Play an instrument. Speak differently. Move differently. Live differently.

For me, that’s actually one of the best parts.

3. You need an open heart.
You don’t only carry your own joy and pain.
You let other people’s stories, lives and emotions pass through you — so you can give them back to the world truthfully.
Sometimes it’s overwhelming.

But maybe that’s our gift:
to remind people how deeply a human being can feel.

4. Connections. Connections. Connections.
A great opportunity often starts with a simple human conversation.
People remember how they felt around you.

Are you curious? Generous? Easy to work with? What do you stand for? What kind of HUMAN are you when the camera is off?
Your talent matters.
But so does your energy in the room.

5. Modesty is not always a virtue.
Especially when your career requires you to be seen.
You need to be visible. Heard. Understood.
Take space. Initiate. Speak first. Let people notice you. Walk into a room with your eyes alive.
You don’t need to become louder.
You need to stop making yourself smaller.

And actually… this is exactly what we practice at @brat.community — not only for actors, but for anyone learning how to be seen, heard and fully present. taken in Toronto, Ontario by @bratchyna

We’re taught to control aggression.
But no one teaches us how to use it.

To say no.
To take up space.
To protect what matters.
To ask for more.
To act on what we want.

Maybe aggression isn’t something we need to get rid of.
Maybe we just need to learn how to direct it.

I’m way more afraid of a life I didn’t choose than the risk it takes to create one I want.
And I know how good life can get when you’re brave enough to go after what you really want.

Guys, trust me — it’s worth the risk. It’s worth trying. 🤍

And if you’re hesitating right now, tell me what are you afraid of? What’s that one step you know you want to take, but still haven’t?

Share it in the comments or DM me. I’d genuinely love to hear your stories. taken in Toronto, Ontario by @bratchyna
