NEW TRANSFORMATIONAL WORKSHOP — THE ART OF CHARISMA ✨

Do you ever feel like you have so much to offer, but people don’t always see it? You hold back in conversations, overthink what to say, or struggle to take up space — even when you know your worth.

Charisma isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about learning to express your energy, hold attention and create genuine connections. Through voice, body, improvisation and playful exercises, we’ll practice bringing more of YOU into every interaction.

📍 Toronto | October 24 | 11 AM–2 PM
🎟 $100 | Small group

A little acting talk before we bring the scene to life.

Because acting is so much more than just learning your lines.

A little glimpse inside BRAT Studio.

What if your character’s pain became your own? 🎭

One of the most powerful acting tools is substitution — using your own emotional experiences and personal connections to make a fictional situation feel real.

Instead of just memorizing lines, ask yourself:

Who in my real life would I say these words to?
What personal experience brings me closer to this emotion?
What do I actually want from the person in front of me?

The goal isn’t to force emotions. It’s to find a personal connection that makes your actions believable.

At @brat.community, we explore acting techniques that help you move beyond the words and bring truth into every scene.

Don’t just say the lines. Make them mean something. 🔥

I didn’t realize how much I needed this brunch. 🤍

After a pretty intense few weeks, I came into it feeling drained and burnt out, and left feeling completely recharged.

A few hours around the table with these women gave me so much energy, inspiration and motivation. My inner woman is very happy. 🤍

I’m incredibly grateful for every woman who was part of it, and I’m so excited to keep creating these moments for us.

If you feel like you’ve been missing this kind of energy too, I’d love for you to join our next Goal Setting Bunch. 🪩🐆

It’s not only what you say. It’s the energy you say it with.

You can have the perfect words — but do you believe them?
Does your body believe them? Does your energy match your message?

At @brat.community, we work with your state first — and give you practical acting tools to shift your energy, access the right emotion and show up differently depending on the situation.

Because confidence, presence and charisma aren’t something you either have or don’t.
They’re states you can learn to access. ⚡️

NEW CLASS — RELEASE ⚡️

If you’re tired of holding everything in, making yourself smaller or staying quiet when you actually want to speak up — this class is for you.

If you want to express your power, use your voice, set clear boundaries and be heard and respected — this is what we’ll practice.

Through body, voice, emotion & impulse, we’ll learn how to release what you usually hold back and turn that energy into confidence and action.

We’re taught to control aggression.
But no one teaches us how to use it.

To say no.
To take up space.
To protect what matters.
To ask for more.
To act on what we want.

Maybe aggression isn’t something we need to get rid of.
Maybe we just need to learn how to direct it.

More tomorrow⚡️

We believed observation would bring clarity.

Instead, it erased the distance between subject and witness.

Somewhere between their story and ours…

We forgot who we were following.

It’s about creating real connections.

Being curious about people. Listening. Sharing ideas. Showing up as yourself.

You never know which conversation might lead to a new friendship, collaboration, opportunity — or simply a new perspective.
