I’M STAYING HOME BOYZZZ!! ❤️☝🏽 I have decided to commit to the University of Oklahoma to further my academic and softball career.

First and foremost I want to thank my Lord and Savior because without him none of this is possible. I couldn’t see him working through my journey at times, but he was in every part working it all together for his plan. I kept my faith and I kept working and I’m just so grateful and thankful.

Next I want to thank my mom and dad for all the sacrifices they have made for me and making this even be a possibility. I love you so much! I’m so blessed to have all my siblings that support my dreams and have cheered me in since day one. And to my meme and papa I love you both more than life, I’m so so grateful to have you both in my life you have no idea how much you both mean to me. And to my Grammy and Pops in heaven I hope I have made you proud! I miss you!

Next I want to thank my coaches @tayters18 and Ryan I am so grateful for you both, you have taught me so much, believed in me, and fought hard for me! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I have so many people in my life that I’m so grateful for that have been apart of my journey since I was young until now and I’m just so thank for you all! @dobber15 and @demi_dobbs for constantly helping me get better at defense, @okswings for continuing to help me grow as a hitter. @garciaja7 I’m so grateful to have gotten to play for you, you helped my dog come out in me even more and showed me how to fight and grind! My younger coaches @28crew and @johnjr_smith imy so grateful for you two being life long role models in my life! To my high school coaches thank you so much for being apart of my journey. And last but not least Larry, @trenity_tene , @thetallenedwards , @tre_edwards11 , Pam you are my family you have been through every single part of my journey and I will be forever grateful for the Edwards family in my life and this journey! I love you all so much!

This is the kind of moment every kid who grows up playing softball in Oklahoma dreams about.

For Braylyn “BP” Saenz, that dream is now real.

The Moore standout is OU’s first commitment of the 2028 class, and her coach Steven Peeler has had a front-row seat to the work it took to get here.

His message about BP says a lot.

BP is what happens when BP is at the dish! A magical, explosive, powerful swing from the left side! She creates so much torque to drive the ball! Nifty and suave at SS
