Something different this morning brothers but it is something that has not been said on the page in a while!

You get one shot at life so do what makes you happy.

That hobby you want to start… start it
That trip you keep thinking about… book it
That idea you keep playing over in your mind or that dream job you keep saying I wish I was doing that… find a way to step towards it and give it a shot
That friend you keep meaning to call or text… contact them.

Keep those you love close and those who have pulled you out of your darkest moments even closer

Never lose focus on what your life goals are just because of what others think.

Life is short and the crazy thing is no one knows how long we have or when our time will come.

The past cannot be changed. Don’t dwell on it

The future is not written yet, make it count

The present is a gift because it is not guaranteed

Cannot thank the team at @absalutegym and @paulsummers79 enough for showing BrekathestigmaUK so much support 💪

Working together we are going to combat mens mental health and show lads that it is ok to not be ok 🤜🤛

I have been training down @absalutegym for a number of years now and there really isn’t a better family friendly environment you could wish for than at their gyms 🫶

No matter what your goals are everyone motivates and supports each other 🤝
