Many people in Colorado head to the crowded areas off highway I70 visiting Vail, Breck, Aspen. Here you have to often make reservations like you are going out to dinner. Head further north just west of Fort Collins and you’ll find the Comanche Peak Wilderness filled with unspoiled nature: 🌈🫎🏔️

England vs. Argentina playing in the World Cup has always had huge implications for me. My mother is from Argentina and my dad was born in England. They married during the Falkland Islands War in 1982, a war between both countries. I’ve always been partial to Argentina as my cousin Esteban Cambiasso (el Cuchu) played for the national team in the 2000s. I remember watching the 1998 World Cup as a kid when both countries played against each other and David Beckham got sent off with a red card with Argentina winning and then again in 2002 when England won and Beckham got his revenge with a goal.

So much history between the two countries. The two countries played against each other in 1966 when England won its last World Cup and Argentina’s captain Antonio Rattin was ejected from the game. La Mano del dios from Maradona in 1986 when he scored with his hand and had another goal which is considered one of best in World Cup History.

England also had a big influence on building Argentina’s railways and for bringing football, rugby, prep schools and English culture to the country after Argentina won its independence from Spain

So today I cheer on my motherland Argentina however regardless on whoever advances its a win/win for my nationalities and family heritage 🇦🇷⚽️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

One of the best come backs in sports history was Argentina’s win over Egypt yesterday. Yes fifa is corrupt and there may be bias with the team and the GOAT Messi and how plays are called and that doesn’t change the fact that argentina still scored 3 goals in just 13 minutes making it one of the most historical comebacks in sports history. There is bias all the time in sports with refs. You see the best players and teams get calls made differently in many sports. Stop w/ the conspiracy theories just because you’re upset the team you were rooting for didn’t win.

And yes I am bias as well soy argentino 🇦🇷 Vamos!!!

Big announcement on where I have landed. Never easy to move on and say good bye to one life to welcome in the next. Filled with unknowns and letting go. @mundolingo is an amazing place to meet people from all around the world. I remember meeting the founder Benji back in 2013 when he was already building an incredible community in Buenos Aires. More than a decade later, it’s still going strong and has expanded to cities all over the world - from Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, and Mexico City to London, Paris, Montreal, Geneva, Porto, and even Ho Chi Minh City.

The concept is beautifully simple: you show up to a bar, grab some little flag stickers, and place them on your chest - your native language on top and the languages you speak or want to practice below. It instantly breaks the ice and sparks conversations with people from everywhere.

No apps, no awkward networking - just a drink in hand and a room full of locals, travelers, and curious minds connecting across cultures.

For me it’s always been one of the best places to meet people from around the world and find a community that tends to be more open, curious, and globally minded.
