HYROX NYC, you were incredible.
When it came time to put this feeling into words, I found myself at a loss because this experience is truly indescribable. Completing my first Hyrox was one of the most rewarding things ever, and I’m grateful to have had these people by my side through every step. This experience wouldn’t have been the same without the people who supported us throughout the process and im incredibly grateful for everyone who was part of the journey.
& always remembering to come back to our “why”. The reason we signed up to do something that would challenge us far beyond our comfort zones. Every second of it was worth it. If you’ve been thinking about doing a Hyrox… DO IT!!!! And if you’re looking for people to train with, we’ve got something pretty awesome at @tridentlewes (shameless plug) ✌️ #HWPO
Here’s to many more!!!!! DC, I’ll see you soon enough… solo 🤭

“The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing.”

The idea of running a half marathon seemed impossible at one point… @coastaldelawarerunningfestival I’ll be back! My first ever 13.1 miles in 1:40:05.4, first place in my age group, and 84th out of 1437 incredible people. ⭐️
Beyond grateful to have the opportunity to do things like this and the endless support pushing me every step of the way!Let’s do another!?!??!!! 🏃‍♀️ by @brekusen
