Pause. We’ve been in business 2 years??

Crazy to think how fast it’s been and I can’t help but reflect on everything we’ve accomplished in that short time…

✅Nearing $200 million in assets bought & sold
✅175+ sides
✅Millions of commissions paid out
✅Voted San Diego Investor of the year
✅Voted Best operational staff in San Diego RE

Flashy numbers and certainly something to showcase. But what really makes me proud is all the work that’s gone into making numbers like that possible.

🔹Tens of thousands of calls made
🔹Thousands of deals analyzed
🔹Daily failures
🔹Constantly refining our systems and ops

And sure, a fair amount of self doubt. But hey that’s business baby!

All this done by our small team without a brick and mortar office… and more than half the team located outside of SoCal... Not saying it’s easy because it’s certainly not, but when you are surrounded by people like this, it makes you that much better. And it makes the end goal seem just a little bit more possible.

Not every real estate investment goes according to plan.

This property came with probate, a Notice of Default, and non-paying tenants—all at the same time.

The estate waited three weeks before serving the 60-day notice. During that time, the Notice of Default timeline continued, and the tenants still hadn’t secured another place to live.

We’ll work through it. That’s what experienced investors do.

Every property has something unexpected. This backyard had a hidden pond and rock water feature that immediately caught our attention.

There’s still water in the pond, but we don’t know whether the waterfall or pump system is still operational. If we were renovating this home, we’d plan on rebuilding it unless an inspection proved otherwise.
