All you need to do is comment what time you think I’ll run in the @chimarathon on Sunday on this post. For reference, my current personal best is 2:23:01 set last year at CIM.

Heartwarming trip back to Wheeling, WV to celebrate Mike and Monica! For the first time in about 3 years, the WLU boys were back in the same place, which is where the gnarliest cross-country course we ever ran happens to be. Very fitting.

Also, spending the last few days with Beighley and Benji has been the best. Now to head back to AZ for the next 10ish days before ripping a marathon in Chicago!! taken in Wheeling, West Virginia by @brendensands

Life doesn’t always go as planned, but the last few days have taught me that embracing that can generate the best memories. From living the Seinfeld car reservation scene in real time to getting poured on during a wedding ceremony, I got to see all of my family together in one place, a spontaneous travel buddy, and to see my long-time best friend in Baltimore!

One thing’s for sure. We’ll have the best time wherever we go. Here are just a few flicks of times when I’m actually not on the phone or sitting in front of a computer.

Earlier this year, I was introduced to this townhome community called Pointe 16 in North-central Phoenix by a good friend of mine. We went for a run from there, and immediately, I thought this place was pretty awesome.

I love a modern build with character, and one vibe I always look for is the ability to host friends/family in a home. It’s important to me. I got to see this home’s ability to host people comfortably before taking this listing was even an option. Even better, the canal trails were within warmup distance from the front doorstep, and the mountain views from the rooftop were so cool.

Because of all the options buyers have in the greater Phoenix areas, especially given the mix of single family homes, townhomes, and condos at this price point, selling this one involved a shift in strategy, negotiation, processes and timelines. In the end, we had two happy buyers and a cash offer with zero concessions for our friends (sellers).

We loved helping with this one! Congrats to our sellers. Onto the next chapter 🥂.
