I love New York. I love Brooklyn. It’s been my home for half my life. But nearly most of the previous half of my life was spent less than 4 miles away from — not the Kia, not the Great Western — but THE FABULOUS Forum, so this was project was incredibly special; I designed the official Lakers book for @taschen

Me & @undefeatedinc go way back, owners Eddie Cruz & James Bond were the first to commission me to take my collage approach to an actual mural for their Santa Monica, Ca store damn near 20yrs ago. So when @adam208 asked me to come up with something special for their first ever NYC store opening in SoHo,it felt like a great full circle moment. I had fun with this one. (2/3)NEW WORK — me and @evidence go waaaay back, but it was still a nice and unexpected surprise to be asked to design the packaging for his new LP “Unlearning vol1.” Like many of us eventually do, he reached a crossroad in his life and wanted his new music and artwork to reflect that. So we tried something different than his usual approach. It came out well I think 😃. Thanks to Siddiq, Alex, Kev and @rhymesayers for the creative support. Thanks 📸 @stephenvanasco for the multiple takes and taking live photo direction via FaceTime. That was a first, lol. by @brentronic
