The sauna is a weird place.

You walk in thinking about life’s biggest questions, spend 20 minutes achieving absolute mental clarity, and then completely forget every brilliant thought the second you stand up.

At this point, I’m convinced the sauna isn’t making me wiser—it’s just slow-cooking my brain.
