From underground plumbing to concrete to framing — these two homes are officially coming out of the ground.

We’ve completed the below-slab plumbing, poured the concrete, and now the framing crew is getting started.

This is one of those stages where the project really begins to look like a house instead of just a foundation.

Two homes. One build. Moving up from here.

The foundation is in and the next phase is about to begin.

At our 11th Street ground-up project, the foundation block work is complete and the site is now ready for the next steps.

Up next: underground plumbing, followed by framing as we start bringing both homes out of the ground.

Every stage matters, and this is where the build really starts to take shape.

Two homes. One project. Built from the ground up.

This is where the build really starts to take shape.

After the site work, elevations, layout, and footing preparation, we’ve officially reached the foundation pour on this ground-up project.

This stage may not look as exciting as the finished product, but everything that comes next depends on getting this part right.

From the ground up, one phase at a time.

Every transformation starts with demolition.

We’re excited to kick off another commercial renovation—this time in Hackensack.

Before the new vision can take shape, everything that no longer serves the space has to come out. Every wall removed and every step of demolition gets us closer to what’s coming next.

This is just the beginning. Follow the journey as we take this project from demolition to completion. 🏗️

Real estate is all about timing.
This property sat during the winter market, but after bringing it back at the right time, we received multiple offers and are now under contract. 🏡
