Before framing starts, there’s a lot that has to happen below the surface.

At our 11th Street ground-up project, we’ve now completed the underground plumbing for both homes and are waiting on inspection before we can cover everything up and move into the next phase.

This is one of those stages most people never get to see once the house is finished — but getting it right now is critical to everything that comes after.

Next up: framing.

From construction site to completed dispensary.

Our Jersey City project at 746 Grand Street is officially complete, and Backpack Boyz has received its Certificate of Occupancy.

This one was a full transformation from the original space to the finished product you see today.

Another commercial project across the finish line. Now we’re just waiting on the official grand opening date.

Before we close, we’re taking one final look at our newest Jersey City project.

This historic four-story property is approximately 3,600 square feet and will be undergoing a complete transformation from top to bottom.

Today was about the final walkthrough, due diligence, and getting a clear look at what we’re starting with. The goal is to preserve the character of the property while completely reimagining the space for modern living.
