💜3,100€ for Terhokoti by October 31st! 🤝

I’m fundraising again this year for Terhokoti in honor of my mom, Katja Kupari, who passed away on October 29th, 2023, in Terhokoti hospice care.

Terhokoti was the perfect place for us in every way. My mom was diagnosed with ALS and her passing was unfortunately quite rapid. The Terhokoti team were empathetic, understanding, knowledgeable, and honest during every step of my moms sickness and passing. I would be so happy if we could once again collect the funds to support them in their amazing work!

The fundraiser will start TOMORROW! But give this post some love and share it if you plan on helping us reach our goal of 3100€ for Terhokoti! ❤️❤️❤️

Updating my CV to: CO-OWNER OF KAHIWA COFFEE ROASTERS☕️✨

Though at this point, I don’t even need a CV anymore! Kahiwa for life now babbyyyyy! You boys are never getting rid of me! HA!

I’m so positively emotional about this update. I’ve wanted nothing more than to be the owner of a coffee company where I can have an impact, build a culture, and inspire others. When I started at Kahiwa, we all kinda went in with blind trust that I was a good match for the team and with optimism that a commute from Helsinki to Lahti wouldn’t be too ridiculous. People still call me crazy, but look where crazy got me 😎

I am so thankful for these two guys and their understanding of me and my goals, their trust in me, and their support/understanding during what has been truly the worst year. I also highly appreciate them putting up with my energy and knowing how to take me down a notch when my ideas get too extravagant.

I still can’t believe this is how my 2024 is starting! This is wild. But I’m a mother freaking business owner now!! AHHHH!!🥹 taken in Kahiwa Coffee Roasters by @brewedtobewild

And eternally grateful for where I am now and the people who helped me get here. I feel so lucky to have collected so many incredible friends around me. Friends who have been patient, supportive, and put up with my work-hard, play harder mentality. Because that mentality also made me co-owner of a coffee company before 30 and founder of a coffee competition organization. I’ve done a lot of work to get here, and I am also really proud of myself! But I do realize that I couldn’t have gotten here alone. 💜

Happy to celebrate my birthday, getting older, and reminding myself of how much I’ve accomplished up until this point. 🥂 So much more to come! by @brewedtobewild

Thank you Roast Fest 💜

Everything I do in coffee is out of passion, and love for my community. We are small but our impact can be great, and when we can all gather in the same room together that passion is amplified. I had so many amazing conversations yesterday with truly good people that reminded me not only of my impact, but also of the fact that you really can’t please everyone. I’m so thankful most of our community is comprised of caring, mature, empathetic humans that are also driven towards building a stronger, tighter community. I’ve got so much respect for so many of you 💜 My energy and motivation are higher than ever and I have so much more to accomplish in coffee. Just wait 😉

A super big thanks of course to @jarnoperakyla @iitapiita @ttildamria for putting on this event! Without you guys, this room wouldn’t have been filled! You guys are doing incredible things 💪
